Who I am
I’m Arben Kqiku, a Product Growth and Analytics consultant based near Geneva.
For the past decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of analytics, growth, and product. I currently work in product growth and analytics at Assura, one of Switzerland’s largest health insurers. Before that, I spent five years at a digital marketing agency where I built the data and automation unit from scratch.
I created a methodology I call navigational dashboards, a way of mapping user behaviour directly onto the interface to make friction visible. Instead of reading metrics, paths, and heatmaps in separate tools, you see everything in a single view. I’ve presented this approach at MeasureCamp Helsinki and Milan, and I’m now working with companies to apply it to their funnels.
I co-created the Data Analysis with R course at Simmer, and I write about analytics, growth, and the gap between data and decisions.
Working together
If you have a funnel with a drop-off you can’t explain, I run short projects to find what’s happening and what to fix. Each project produces a navigational dashboard for one user journey and a prioritized list of test hypotheses your team can action.
